Aromar Company Brands está buscando un Ejecutivo de Cuentas Bilingüe (Español/Inglés) para desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y fortalecer relaciones comerciales existentes en los canales de retail y distribución. Esta es una posición dinámica, orientada a resultados, con un impacto directo en el crecimiento de la empresa.
Responsabilidades- Desarrollar y administrar una cartera de clientes nuevos y existentes.
- Realizar llamadas de prospección diariamente para generar ventas e identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Mantener y fortalecer relaciones comerciales con clientes actuales.
- Detectar nuevos canales de venta y oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Gestionar pedidos y dar seguimiento a las actividades comerciales mediante sistemas CRM y ERP.
- Cumplir objetivos de ventas y contribuir al crecimiento de los ingresos de la empresa.
- Dominio avanzado de español e inglés (indispensable).
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas, gestión de cuentas o ventas telefónicas.
- Excelente habilidad de comunicación y negociación.
- Seguridad y confianza al hablar por teléfono.
- Capacidad para administrar múltiples cuentas y prioridades simultáneamente.
- Persona proactiva, orientada a resultados y capaz de trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
- Habilidad para cerrar ventas y desarrollar relaciones comerciales duraderas.
- Forma parte de una empresa en crecimiento que continúa expandiéndose a nuevos mercados.
