Our residents live in our community independently and with assistance. We're looking for an enthusiastic team member to design and lead engaging activities for our seniors! In this dynamic role, you'll be the mastermind behind a stimulating program that keeps minds and bodies active, fostering social connection, and a sense of community.What You'll Do:Be A Resident Care Hero: Lead our amazing care team to provide the most compassionate and professional care, meeting all the rules and making sure our residents are thriving.Keep things in line with the Department of Community Health's regulations, always watching out for our residents' well-being.Let's constantly tweak and improve how we care for our residents, from their meds to their training.Build strong bonds with our residents, their families, and the community around us.Cheer on Your Team: Keep our care team motivated and feeling supported, like a big family.Help everyone stay on track with their training and make sure we're following all the rules.Let's make sure everyone feels empowered to do their best and love what they do.Be there for our residents whenever they need us, even after hours.Lead the Charge: Join our leadership team and keep us all moving forward.Keep an eye on how we're doing things and make sure it's all tip-top.Safety first! (preferred)Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in GeorgiaMinimum four years of experience in a leadership role in long-term care, assisted living, personal care home, or skilled nursingA degree holder in a related field is a plus, or an Associate's degree with relevant coursework.Proven track record of providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniorsA communication wiz with top-notch organization and time management skills.Experienced with supervising and mentoring staff.A people person with a genuine love for working with seniors.Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and some overtime.Compassionate, hard-working, and ready to join our team!
