Material Handler - 3rd ShiftOur client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Material Handler - 3rd shift to join their team. As a Material Handler - 3rd shift, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Miami Lakes, FLPay Range: $16Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:30pm to 7:00amWhat's the Job?Safely perform material handling and warehousing processes including receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.Operate handheld scanners to access and update information for receiving, counting, and order processing.Be willing to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists.Report defects and identify the need for repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.Perform housekeeping functions to maintain a clean and organized work environment.What's Needed?Ability to lift frequently between 1 - 29 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, with team lifting for heavier loads.Comfort working at heights and standing/walking on concrete or anti-fatigue mats throughout shifts.Willingness to follow safety procedures and use required PPE at all times.Experience with warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, or sit-down forklifts is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks accurately.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment.Training and certification in forklift operation and safety procedures.Consistent work schedule with reliable hours.Potential for career growth within the organization.Supportive team environment focused on safety and excellence.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
