If this describes you, we just might have the job you desire.Job BriefAs a Branch Manager, you will have responsibility for management of the entire operation. You will oversee all sales, production, personnel, inventory and all branch assets. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, maintaining customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. You will develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales and net profit goals established by management.Primary ResponsibilitiesYou will oversee the entire branch and its operations.You will manage all business assets including inventory, equipment, and structuresDrive the sales growth, operations, and financial performanceGenerate new growth and maximize net profitEstablish team goals and objectives, measure performance, provide feedback, develop talent and foster personal accountabilityFull P&L responsibility to exceed sales and net profit expectationsContinuously evaluate overall workflow, equipment, processes, and personnel to ensure resources are optimized for maximum efficiencyEnsure all employees are adequately trained in their respective area of focus, providing guidance and performance feedbackProvide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.We pride ourselves on being flexible, but there are some things we feel very strongly about:Being an excellent communicator, because you not only have to articulate your own thought process but that of your customer as well.Understanding the whole business.
