Job Overview Part‑time Retail Sales Technician – $17 per hour plus unlimited sales and repair incentives. The role blends customer service, sales, and basic device troubleshooting in a fast‑paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the welcoming face of the store, delivering personalized, human‑centric customer experiences. Use the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to recommend and upsell Asurion products and services. Learn and assist with device troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs as needed. Balance front‑of‑house customer interactions with back‑of‑house tech and inventory tasks. Support the fast‑paced needs of a retail environment as a collaborative team player; multitask across customer service, sales, and technology. Qualifications At least one year of experience in customer service or retail sales. Natural ability to connect with customers and make them feel heard, valued, and cared for. Basic knowledge of electronic devices is a plus, but not required. Flexibility to work a part‑time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays. Comfort juggling sales conversations, customer support, and hands‑on technical work.
