Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver in Levittown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Wed 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM Thur 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sat 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, damaged property, and policy violations to appropriate store personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while providing a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
