Production Associate - 1st Shift | $16.00/Hour

East Moline, IL | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We're hiring Production Associates starting at $16.00 per hour to help prepare, package, and ship copper tubing and pipe to customers across the country. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps products moving, we'd love to meet you.

Whether you have warehouse experience or are looking to build new skills, we provide training and opportunities to learn different areas of the operation.

No two days are exactly the same. Depending on business needs, you may:

• Pull copper tubing and pipe from inventory to fill customer orders
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Read and complete work orders accurately
• Label products using barcode systems
• Bundle, wrap, and package products for shipment
• Cut pipe to specified lengths using provided instructions
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Sort and identify scrap materials for recycling
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to support daily operations
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

This is an active, hands-on position. Team members should be able to:

After an initial training period, employees may become eligible for a production incentive program that rewards productivity and performance with additional hourly earnings.

This position is located in a warehouse and production facility in East Moline. The environment is fast-paced, safety-focused, and team-oriented. You'll work with copper tubing and pipe while performing tasks such as material handling, packaging, shipping, receiving, and production support.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, IL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
