About the Role:
As the RN Nurse Manager Rehab , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Rehabilitation unit, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and attention. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing administrative and clinical leadership to the nursing staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Assisting with budgeting and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in New York State
• Previous nursing home experience is desired
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
