We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join a manufacturing company. This position offers an hourly wage plus commission and is responsible for developing customer relationships, handling sales inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide product information.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to increase sales.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous inside sales, customer service, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
- Basic computer skills.
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:
Hourly wage + commission based on sales performance.
The Fork Lift operators ( must have sit down and stand up experience) will support the operation to pull and sequence the orders received in a efficient timely manner to meet the shipping deadlines.
