Maintenance Planner & SchedulerMurfreesboro Division - Murfreesboro, TNOverviewPosition Type Full Time Education Level High School Category MaintenanceDescriptionThe Maintenance Planner & Scheduler supports maintenance operations by assisting with work order updates, scheduling communication, inventory tracking, purchasing documentation, calibration recordkeeping, and maintenance reporting.This role is focused on data entry, coordination support, and administrative assistance to help ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Work Order & Scheduling SupportReceive maintenance schedules from supervision and update work order system as directed.Enter and update work orders in CMMS (eMaint or similar) as assigned.Provide status updates on assigned work orders to Maintenance Manager.Notify supervision of delays, incomplete work, or missing information.Assist with printing or compiling weekly maintenance schedules as requested.Purchasing & Vendor SupportAssist in identifying maintenance material and spare parts needs as directed.Prepare purchase requisitions based on supervisor instructions.Contact vendors only as directed by Maintenance Manager.Relay information between vendors and supervision as needed.Assist in scheduling contractor visits as instructed.Inventory & Storeroom SupportRecord inventory transactions and updates in the system.Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.Label, organize, and stock spare parts as directed.Report low inventory levels or shortages to supervision.Assist in documenting spare parts usage and returns.IATF Compliance & Calibration SupportUpdate calibration records and logs as provided by supervision.File calibration certificates and supporting documentation.Notify supervisor of upcoming or overdue calibration items.Assist in preparing documentation for audits when requested.Support corrective action documentation by recording information as directed.Documentation & Reporting SupportCompile or print maintenance reports as requested by supervision.Maintain organized maintenance files and records.Assist in contractor documentation filing and recordkeeping.Support onboarding paperwork for contractors as directed.Provide basic status updates and raw data as requested.QualificationsQualifications3–5 years of experience in maintenance support, administrative support, inventory tracking, or industrial maintenance environment preferred.Basic knowledge of CMMS systems (eMaint or similar) preferred.Familiarity with maintenance work order systems preferred.Basic understanding of maintenance, inventory, or manufacturing environments preferred.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Strong attention to detail and communication skills.License(s)/Certification(s) Required:Valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with Paulo's Vehicle Use Policy.Must be able to obtain a forklift certification.Competitive Benefits Package:Medical benefits (including Teledoc 360 Telehealth Visits)Dental benefitsGroup Life InsuranceVoluntary Life InsuranceVision InsuranceHoliday PaySickness & Accident pay401k with employer match and employer contribution up to 5.5%Employee Referral Bonus & chance to win annual $2,000 drawing!Employee Assistance Program
