Engineering Manager

Build something extraordinary. Lead with purpose. Engineer what's next.

What if your next leadership role wasn't about maintaining an engineering department, but building one that sets the industry standard?

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of talented engineers while helping shape the future of one of the most respected specialized lifting and rigging companies in North America.

This is more than a management role. All for a purpose that is bigger than profit. ProLift Rigging exists to acknowledge and glorify God by stewarding the resources entrusted to us and directing the success of our business toward meaningful and redemptive work.
