Position Details

Physician OB/GYN-Lake Health Clinics, Full‑time, 40 hrs/week, typically 08:00am‑05:00pm, Monday‑Friday, must be able to work a flexible schedule, as needed.

Position Summary

Lake Health District is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN physician to join our collaborative rural healthcare team and help strengthen and expand women's health and obstetrical services in our Critical Access Hospital. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care throughout every stage of a woman's life‑from routine gynecologic care and prenatal services to labor, delivery, and surgical procedures.

Employment Requirements

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation.
• Successful completion of 500‑hour probationary period.
• Criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer.
