Packaging EngineerWe are seeking a Packaging Engineer to support the development, implementation, and improvement of packaging solutions across a variety of products and projects. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, manufacturing, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure packaging solutions meet quality, performance, cost, and operational requirements.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong technical and communication skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, evaluate, and improve packaging solutions based on product and operational requirements.Support packaging design, testing, validation, and implementation.Work with cross-functional teams to identify packaging requirements and resolve issues.Collaborate with suppliers and external partners as needed.Analyze packaging performance, quality, cost, and efficiency.Support packaging-related projects from initial concept through implementation.Troubleshoot packaging issues and recommend practical solutions.Review specifications, drawings, documentation, and other technical materials.Assist with testing, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure packaging solutions align with applicable quality and operational standards.Maintain accurate technical documentation and project records.Support additional engineering and project activities as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.Experience in packaging, manufacturing, product development, or a related engineering environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret technical documentation and specifications.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency with standard engineering and Microsoft Office tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
