One of the top performing, Commercial General Contractors, based out of New York, Gregor Industries, is seeking a talented Senior Site Supervisor / Field Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing field service activities, overseeing logistics and coordinating/Assisting field workers. Site Management is a key part of the role.
Job Description:
- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
Requirements Include:
- Must have experience with Windows/Outlook, Excel, navigating and researching on the internet, data entry, word processing, construction software applications programs to create and present material.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $125,000.00-$150,000.00 based on experience
