Client Experience Director — Remote/Hybrid

At Trinity Estate Planning, we believe estate planning is about much more than wills, trusts, and legal documents. We approach every client relationship with care, compassion, and excellence because we believe details matter when people matter. We're looking for a Client Services Director who wants to become a key part of our growing firm. This is a primarily remote, hybrid position that includes regular in-office days for training, client meetings, and team collaboration, with the flexibility to evolve as our firm's needs change. This is much more than an administrative role. You will often be the first voice prospective clients hear and one of the most consistent people they interact with throughout their planning journey. You'll help create an experience where clients feel welcomed, informed, cared for, and confident every step of the way. You'll coordinate moving pieces, solve problems, improve systems, and ensure every detail is handled with care because the work we do today can affect families for generations.
