Responsibilities Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll coach you). Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; treat members like family. Oversee program quality to ensure every class meets or exceeds the curriculum expectations set by The Little Gym International. Train and evaluate the team to maintain high performance and uphold the franchise’s standards. Qualifications Background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics. Certification or experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and a passion for serving others. Ability to connect with children and parents alike. Enthusiasm, reliability, and a sense of humor. Experience in coaching or teaching in a kids’ environment is a plus. Additional Information Program Director requires gymnastics or cheer background or experience teaching children. Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour.
