Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Massachusetts.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: OR - Operating Room\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/12/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Days, 3x12hrs\n Hours: 36 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 12, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a Level 1 trauma hospital requiring 5+ years of OR experience and MA licensure.Details\n \n Operating Room setting within a large, Level 1 trauma hospital\n Requires experience across most surgical services, particularly transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases\n 12-hour day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM\n Call requirements approximately 3 times per month, including overnight and weekend 12-hour call shifts\n Uses Epic EMR system\n Requirements\n \n Active MA RN license required in hand\n Minimum of 5+ years of Operating Room nursing experience required\n Large hospital and Level 1 trauma experience required\n Epic EMR experience required\n Independent ability to work transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases required\n Flu vaccine documentation required during flu season\n Additional Information\n \n Perform circulating and scrub RN duties across a wide range of surgical specialties\n COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed\n Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered\n Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6+ month break before returning\n First-time travelers are not considered for this role\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-750579.
