Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in Fintech recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technology and business roles within the financial services and fintech domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for digital banking, payments, financial platforms, lending solutions, and related technology functions.

The candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and deliver qualified candidates within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Recruit candidates for Fintech and financial services roles, including Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Product Managers, QA Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and DevOps professionals.
• Source candidates with experience in digital banking, payment processing, payment gateways, digital wallets, lending platforms, core banking systems, and financial applications.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, referrals, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidates' technical skills, domain knowledge, communication abilities, and overall suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, technical skills, experience levels, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Fintech professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation, discuss employment terms, and support offer management and acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rate.
• Stay updated on Fintech industry trends, emerging technologies, talent availability, and market compensation benchmarks.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws, client requirements, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, technical recruitment, or IT staffing.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for Fintech, banking, financial services, or payment technology organizations.
• Strong understanding of Fintech business models and technology domains, including digital payments, online banking, lending, and financial platforms.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting technical professionals across software development, cloud computing, data engineering, cybersecurity, QA, and product functions.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and candidate database management.
• Strong resume evaluation, candidate screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requirements, prioritize workloads, and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment reporting, and candidate pipeline management.
