Human Resources Specialist

Accountants One

HR Generalist - Downtown ATL - 100% in office

Highly visible Atlanta non-profit with a great reputation in the community has a need for a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist. You'll sit on the tight-knit leadership team and report to the COO. This organization has a low turnover and a corporate culture that is genuinely inclusive and dynamic.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies
  • Oversee onboarding and training processes to ensure the successful integration of new employees. Oversee offboarding as well.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with external HR related service providers (ADP)
  • Assist leadership in managing compensation and benefits packages
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and employees when needed during conflict resolution
  • Stay updated on EEO guidelines, laws, and any other relevant legislation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Ability to address all types of employees, from the COO to clerks
