About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Shared Services Center for North America. This strategic finance leadership role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and process optimization while maintaining a close partnership with the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Shared Services Center, delivering finance and IT services to support multiple manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic business partner, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of finance processes. The role also involves close collaboration with senior finance teams, IT leaders, and the global finance organization to ensure alignment with standards and processes. Candidates for this role should possess a strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, a solid understanding of tax principles and regulations, and a proven track record in leading process improvement and innovation initiatives. Experience in a multinational environment, particularly with a European parent company, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience, proficiency in finance systems and tools, and strong analytical and collaboration skills are essential. The role requires a high level of initiative, ownership, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset focused on driving continuous improvement.
