Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Join Our Team!

As a CNA, you will provide compassionate care and assist in daily activities for our residents, supporting the nursing team in maintaining high standards of care. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and vital signs monitoring
• Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care and services
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and communication
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care and customer service

Requirements:

• Current and Valid NY State Certification as a CNA
• Must meet the requirements set by the Department of Health
