Unit Managers Needed For Two Rehab Units - Skilled Nursing FacilityLocated in Valhalla, NYSALARY - UP TO $125K PER YEAR (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)8AM-4PM SHIFTS AVAILABLEQualifications:• Must have NY RN license• Must have a minimum of two years' experience as a Unit Manager in a skilled nursing setting• Must have long term care or subacute experience• Must use Point Click Care as an electronic medical record• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Must have strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional careResponsibilities:Assist with patient's examinations and/or questions.Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
