Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 Years License: Licensed Occupational Therapist licensed to work in Oklahoma Certifications: Required Must-Have: Basic computer knowledge, appropriate communication skills, effective communication in English (verbal and written) Description: We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for our Rehabilitation Unit. The role requires working with patients recovering from various conditions. Therapists will perform activities of daily living (ADLs) with patients who have diverse diagnoses and levels of function. Patient ratios are typically 5-7 patients per therapist. The environment is designed to promote recovery outside the traditional hospital setting. Therapists will utilize specialized equipment and therapy techniques to assist in rehabilitation. Candidates must exhibit cooperation and a desire to be a team player. Common diagnoses include cerebral vascular accidents (CVA), spinal cord injuries (SCI), traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and orthopedic issues.
