Job Description The Generalist Operator plays a vital role in our manufacturing process, working with machinery, raw materials, and teammates to produce high-quality fiber cement building products. Ideal candidates are self-driven, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Important: You must be available to work a rotating swing shift schedule (12-hour shifts alternating between days and nights).

What You'll Do: Operate heavy equipment including forklifts Lift up to 40 lbs continuously Work in varying environmental conditions (temperature, pressure, raw materials) Use personal protective equipment (PPE) Read, write, and speak English fluently Rotate across multiple assignments during your shift
