Senior Quantum Integration Engineer
GlobalFoundries inc.
GlobalFoundries inc. is seeking a Quantum Integration Engineer to lead development and integration of semiconductor technologies enabling scalable quantum computing systems. You will drive architecture decisions across device engineering, BEOL, photonics, packaging, cryogenic interfaces and quantum hardware processes. The role requires 15+ years in semiconductor process integration, strong analytical and leadership abilities, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to executives.
