Working primarily afternoon and evening shifts, you will assist with food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, cleaning equipment, and managing food storage. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work well with others in a dynamic kitchen environment, with inventory checks conducted as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to guidelines and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces and equipment
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment after use
• Store food properly to ensure freshness and safety
• Conduct inventory checks as needed to monitor supplies
• Collaborate effectively within a small team of 1-5 members
