Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for clients, evaluating their substance use history along with associated mental health concerns. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass strategies to address both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. \n
- Lead engaging individual therapy sessions as well as group therapy meetings using evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of diverse client populations. \n
- Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals within the treatment team to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and integrated care. \n
- Support and educate clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the treatment process and the recovery journey. \n
- Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with health regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. \n
You will primarily work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, many of whom may also be facing co-occurring mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, requiring a compassionate and understanding approach that respects their unique paths to recovery.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD. \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is essential. \n
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for substance abuse treatment and co-occurring disorders. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and rapport-building with clients. \n

- At least two years of experience in a counseling or therapeutic role, specifically within the field of substance abuse. \n
- Experience working in a remote healthcare setting is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation. \n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
