SMT OperatorOur Sinking Spring area client is seeking an experienced SMT Operator to join their team! Express is offering career opportunities for those qualified for and interested in this position!Pay: $18.00/HourBenefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pmLocation: Sinking SpringResponsibilities:Monitor equipment to ensure that products are being assembled properlyOperate surface mount machines, which includes understanding the sequence of events, the control panel and indicatorsReplenish supplies and components per standard operating procedures, while maintaining inventoryPrepare the surface mount machine which includes machine adjustments and ability to perform set-up (feeder loading and changing)General machine cleaning and upkeepSafe and efficient operation of the electronic component surface mount pick-n-place robotsProper completion of all necessary paperwork to include maintaining accurate records on the machine log sheet using the correct operation numbersCorrect production of boards to include good placement of parts, no missing parts, correct part polarity, and correct partsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:2+ years of Electronics assembly experienceExperience as an SMT Operator is preferred2+ years of soldering experienceMust have a good knowledge of computer operationsThis is a career opportunity with a local company who offers room for advancement once hired on.
