Job Description
The main function of the vehicle test fleet support technician is to support/maintain critical operational aspect to the vehicle test fleet. From documentation to tracking this role requires proactivity and agility.
Job Responsibilities:Maintain vehicle test fleet maintenance schedule
Ensure vehicle test fleet mileage is tracked, and reported for compliance
Coordinate vehicle test fleet repairs, supporting documentation and upkeep
Create shop work orders for repairs, track and close as needed
Maintain vehicle test fleet vehicle registration
Maintain asset registration
Support logistics team as needed for parts tracking, and parts coordination
Create & maintain log of Engineering change requests related to vehicle builds
Support information gathering for daily, weekly, monthly build progress
