What You'll Do:

• Implement evidence-based interventions to support patient rehabilitation
• Assist with medically necessary treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Conduct patient assessments and document progress accurately
• Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
• Support the use of supportive and assistive devices
• Collaborate with team members on treatment planning and patient progress
• Support patient, family, and caregiver education
• Document all treatments and maintain patient records in EMS/system
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education
• Support clinical and regulatory compliance standards

What You Need:

• Valid Texas PTA license
• Prior experience in LTC setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to regulatory guidelines and safety protocols
