RECEPTIONIST - PART TIME
Champion Automotive Group is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Athens, Alabama. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Responsibilities- Greet customers and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform light administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and handling mail.
- Support dealership staff with various office tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required.
- Part-time hours, including some evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- Flexible scheduling may be available.
