The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week. $18 per hour Holiday pay: $140 per day Activity-Based Bonus Components: Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $77,000 Cent per mile rate: $0.54-$0.59 Detention pay: $15 per hour Stop pay: $25.00 per stop Drop and hook pay: $25 Shuttle pay: $26.50 per hour until 40 hours worked. $39.75 per hour overtime after 40 hours worked Outsource work: $275-$325 per day Safety training: $20 per hour New hire training period: $200 per day.
