Senior GTS Consultant (Implementation and Maintenance) (Remote)

Sr. Manager, SAP GTS Modules - Compliance and Control (Global Trade Services) RTX Corporate: Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team is hiring a Senior Manager to lead SAP GTS design, implementation, and support services to streamline global trade compliance and customs processes. What You Will Do Collaborate with business and digital team members across cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and map business processes to SAP GTS functionality. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions leveraging S/4HANA GTS module, enhancing GTS processes in alignment with the desired RTX operating model and industry best practices. Configure and customize SAP GTS modules, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Electronic Compliance Reporting. Support end‑to‑end implementation, including system configuration, integration with SAP S4/HANA, testing, and supporting creation of new and innovative solutions that align with digital and business strategies. Support the evaluation of bolt‑on application options and make recommendations based on functional requirements and industry best practices. Assist data and process teams in data mapping activities and testing. Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows, and data policies. Deliver functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows within the GTS program scope. Mentor less experienced team members in specific areas of the (Plan to Deliver) business process hierarchy. Ensure RTX is positioned for future success across all functional areas of (Plan to Deliver). Qualifications Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years; or in the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems. Demonstrated experience with SAP GTS Modules, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and integration with SAP EWM and other logistics modules. Knowledge of Export and Import Legal Control processes (e.g., license determination, embargo checks), preference management for duty savings, and conducting risk assessments with mitigation strategies. Ability to maintain and update compliance master data (e.g., ECCNs, HTS codes) with familiarity in customs valuation, duty calculations, and preference management processes. Travel 10% – 25% domestically. We Prefer Experience implementing Extended Warehouse Management. Experience working on large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects, or similarly regulated large organizations. Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects. Experience traveling 10–25% domestically. The salary range is a good‑faith estimate representative of all experience levels and may be adjusted for experience, education, and skill set.
