Residential Youth SUD Counselor (SUDP)

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington is seeking a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional to provide direct counseling in a secure residential setting. You will assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for youth with substance use disorders and related mental health needs.
The role requires managing a caseload of 8–10, performing screenings, and coordinating with treatment teams to ensure continuum of care while maintaining compliance with WAC/RCW regulations
