Service Management Trainee will learn to provide leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs), ensuring unsurpassed customer satisfaction and pushing the team to achieve operational goals.RELOCATION REQUIRED: All candidates must be willing to relocate during or after training to manage their own team within the first 3 years of the career to qualify for the program.Management Trainee base salary is $70,304 - $80,000 depending on experience.
