Medical Director Physician - Women's Care

We are seeking a mission-driven clinician to join a practicededicated to a specialized, holistic approach to women's health. This is a "Player-Coach" leadership opportunitydesigned for a provider who thrives on clinical excellence whileinfluencing the operational success and professional growth of theirteam. The Role: Clinical Leadership & Innovation In this dual-capacity role, you will champion a world-classexperience for both patients and providers. By remaining patient-facing,you will use frontline insights to drive continuous improvement andmentor your clinical staff. Model: 95% Direct Clinical Care / 5% Administrative Leadership. Scope: 100% outpatient women's primary care, including gynecology, mental health integration, and dermatological wellness. Support: Full onsite team of dedicated Nurses and Medical Assistants. Schedule: 40-hour work week (Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays); includes dedicated administrative blocks. Requirements We are looking for a collaborative leader who balances clinical expertise with an operational mindset. Credentials: MD/DO with Board Certification in Family Medicine (FM), InternalMedicine (IM), or OB/GYN. Must hold an active California license andDEA. Clinical Expertise: 3+ years in outpatientprimary care with a focus on women's health (routine GYN,contraception, STI management) and inclusive, patient-centered mentalhealth. Leadership: 1+ years of experiencemanaging or mentoring clinicians. You should be adept at coaching, peerreviews, and maintaining high accountability. Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; ability to partner with Operations tooptimize workflow efficiency without compromising quality of care.
