TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Specialist

We're looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Specialist to help grow our consumer product brands through TikTok Shop, engaging video content, and creator partnerships. We have an established TikTok Shop account, a history of successful sales, and more than 100 products across multiple consumer categories. Now we're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, create compelling content, and help us take our social commerce business to the next level. This isn't a traditional social media position focused on likes and followers. We're looking for someone who understands how to turn great content into actual product sales. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with products, experiment with creative ideas, develop affiliate relationships, and make a measurable impact on a growing sales channel. What You’ll Do Create Content That Sells Develop and produce engaging TikTok videos featuring real consumer products. Create product demonstrations, comparisons, unboxings, and problem-solving content. Experiment with trends, hooks, storytelling, and different video formats. Shoot and edit short-form videos using a smartphone and editing tools. Track content performance and identify what drives engagement and sales. Help Grow Our TikTok Shop Support day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, promotions, and Seller Center activities. Identify products with strong potential for TikTok Shop success. Assist with product launches, promotional campaigns, and special offers. Monitor sales performance, GMV, conversion, and product trends. Recommend new ideas to improve results. Work With Creators & Affiliates Identify and connect with TikTok creators and influencers. Coordinate product samples, affiliate outreach, and creator campaigns. Build relationships with creators who can effectively demonstrate and sell products. Help track affiliate performance and identify successful partnerships. Explore LIVE Shopping Assist with developing TikTok LIVE shopping opportunities. Help coordinate product demonstrations, promotions, and hosts. Participate in testing new LIVE selling formats and ideas. What We’re Looking For Experience with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or TikTok-based product marketing. Hands-on experience creating or helping produce short-form video content. Familiarity with TikTok affiliate programs, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships. Understanding of how content influences product purchases. Interest or experience in physical consumer products, such as household, cleaning, beauty, kitchen, pet, automotive, or similar categories. Strong organizational skills, creativity, and willingness to experiment. A self-starter who enjoys working hands-on and learning what drives results. Even Better If You Have Experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center. Helped grow sales or GMV through TikTok Shop. Worked with consumer brands or direct-to-consumer products. Experience with CapCut or other short-form video editing tools. Participated in TikTok LIVE shopping. Managed affiliate outreach, product sampling, or creator campaigns. You don't need to have managed an entire TikTok Shop business to be successful in this role.
