Field Service Engineer 1

Field Service Engineer 1 will perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on imaging medical equipment (XR/CT/NM) for healthcare facilities in southern Illinois and Missouri. The role is remote with a company-provided vehicle and covers a designated service territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical imaging equipment at healthcare facilities
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely communication, resolution, and follow-up for satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies, hospital protocols, and regulatory requirements; document all work performed

Requirements

• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, military education, or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years servicing electrical equipment
• 2+ years experience servicing imaging equipment
• Valid driver's license and legal U.S. work authorization
• Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 35 lbs unassisted
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb, and maintain dexterity for extended periods
• Willingness to work after-hours and rotating on-call schedules including weekends
• Compliance with background check, drug testing, and customer access policies

Compensation: $60,000-$90,000 annual base
