Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) - 13 Week Contract

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift, 3x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:30). Call required 2 times per schedule.

Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic surgical team at a Level 2 Trauma Center. The candidate will be responsible for circulating and scrubbing a variety of surgical cases including orthopedic, vascular, general, thoracic, and neuro surgeries. Robotic and ENT experience is essential.

Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room.

Circulate and scrub various surgical cases.

Assist with surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments.

Minimum of 2 years of current acute care operating room experience.

BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Active New Jersey or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.

Documentation of scrub and circulate skills checklist is necessary.

Experience with robotic surgery and a variety of specialties is essential.
