Bartender

Bartender Position

We are looking for a Bartender who is responsible for preparing beverages, providing outstanding hospitality, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. A successful Bartender brings energy, professionalism, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset to every shift.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area throughout each shift.

Accurately handle guest payments and follow all cash handling procedures.

Follow all alcohol service laws, food safety standards, and responsible beverage service practices.

Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Assist with restocking, cleaning, and supporting other team members as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Take initiative and look for ways to improve in your daily work.

Put the team first, stay open to feedback, and lead with respect.

Communicate thoughtfully and navigate situations with good judgment.

Prior bartending experience is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
