PreOp PACU Nurse Manager

Surgicenter of Johnson County seeks a PreOp PACU Nurse Manager to lead preoperative and post-anesthesia care in our outpatient surgery center. This role oversees daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care. The Nurse Manager mentors nursing staff, supports surgeons and anesthesia providers, coordinates policies and quality initiatives, and promotes a collaborative, patient-centered culture. Ideal candidates bring strong perioperative or PACU experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and excellent patient outcomes.
