Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Generate quotes and close new business opportunities
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer communication
• Conduct policy reviews and help customers understand their coverage
• Support retention efforts and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable having sales conversations and asking for the business
• Organized, dependable, and professional
