About this role:The Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Financial Crimes Governance and Oversight organization is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant.In this role, you will:Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiativesDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriateReview strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performancePerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiativesInfluence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the groupRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Advanced skills in Microsoft tools particularly SharePoint and ExcelExperience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in ExcelExperience interacting with management level in a consultancy capacityAbility to articulate complex concepts in a clear mannerAbility to take complex topics and boil them down to the salient points for different key audiencesStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsExperience working on business cases, prioritization of initiatives, execution, management and resolution of risks and issues while ensuring initiative(s) are delivered within agreed timelinesAbility to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions,Experience administrating a SharePoint site and documentJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule in one of the listed job locationsThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting End Date: 19 Aug 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
