Our client a well-established company in White Plains, NY is looking to hire a Billing Manager
- Pay: $38-$40/hr.
Responsibilities
- Oversee billing and collections processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Supervise and support team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
- Analyze billing and collections data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal procedures
- Provide training and guidance on billing processes, systems, and best practices
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain and update policies and procedures to align with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Monitor accounts receivable and support timely collection of outstanding balances
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing-related inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in billing, collections, or related financial operations, including team support or leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage processes, improve workflows, and support revenue cycle activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
