In this impactful role, you will be at the forefront of delivering essential mental health services, directly contributing to the healing and growth of individuals aged 6-25. Your expertise will shape individualized therapeutic interventions, empower families, and ensure access to critical care, playing a pivotal role in the overall success and positive outcomes for the community. What You’ll Do Deliver therapeutic services including intakes, individual therapy, collateral therapy, and group therapy to clients ages 6-25 and their caregivers, utilizing evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment approaches. Services are provided both in-person and via secure telehealth platforms. Assess and formulate clinical diagnoses, administer required clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward established goals. Coordinate case management by arranging care and resources, facilitating referrals, and providing advocacy support for clients and families. Provide immediate crisis intervention and safety planning for clients experiencing acute emotional distress. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards by ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record, including assessments, treatment plans, progress and informational notes, and discharge planning. Ensure accessibility for clients by maintaining a schedule that accommodates evening hours and after-school/work appointments. What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications Must hold a valid clinical license such as Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or a doctoral degree in psychology. Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, crisis intervention, and telehealth delivery. Deep understanding of professional ethical guidelines. Ability to provide services that respect diverse backgrounds and identities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish.
