We are hiring Class A drivers for dedicated Eastern Seaboard regional routes where consistency is the priority. This position is built for both experienced solo drivers and those looking to start their career with a reliable, no-touch freight operation. Compensation & Pay Structure Average Weekly Gross: $1,200 – $1,500. Pay Rate: $0.56 – $0.65 CPM (Based on verifiable experience). Scheduled Raises: Automatic pay progression every 6 months. Extra Compensation: $300 Paid Orientation, plus extra stop, layover, and breakdown pay. Route & Equipment Details Operations: 100% No-Touch | 60% Drop & Hook | 40% Live Load/Unload. Equipment: Assigned late‑model (2022–2025) Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Schedule: Mix of day and night regional runs across the Eastern Seaboard. Solo Drivers: Candidates with 6+ months of tractor‑trailer experience can qualify for immediate solo dispatch. Graduates: 4–6 week paid mentorship for CDL‑A graduates with 120+ hours of accredited schooling. Solo Transition: Graduates jump to $0.56 CPM immediately upon completion of training.
