Pay: $17/hour + Prevailing Wages Available Ready to roll up your sleeves, make great money, and learn hands-on skills? Join our crew installing field tile, running excavation equipment, and keeping worksites running smoothly. No experience? No problem-we'll train you to operate like a pro. What You'll Do:
- Assist with field tile installation and excavation projects
- Operate or support operation of heavy equipment (training provided)
- Prepare job sites and maintain clean, safe work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a team-focused environment
- Strong work ethic and 'can-dig' attitude
- Willingness to learn and work outdoors in all weather
