You must have an active Utah or compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications. At least one year of recent PCU experience is required. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as EPIC is preferred. Strong skills in telemetry interpretation, vasoactive drip management, and teamwork are recommended.
