As a Professional Assistant, you'll serve as an important administrative resource for Anderson Center for Autism's Adult Services team. Working closely with leadership and program staff, you will help coordinate essential administrative processes, maintain important records, support reporting functions, and assist in ensuring the efficient operation of Adult Services programs. Your work will play a meaningful role in supporting both staff and the individuals we serve. What You Will Do as a Professional Assistant:

• Provide confidential administrative and clerical support to Adult Services leadership while assisting with the day-to-day operational needs of residential and day habilitation programs.
• Maintain, distribute, organize, and monitor important program records, reports, and databases to support agency operations and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with the preparation, tracking, and distribution of clinical and program-related reports, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timeframes.
• Maintain injury reporting records and databases, support reporting requirements, and communicate necessary information to Health Services when appropriate.
• Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and documentation that assist leadership in monitoring program operations and outcomes.
• Update and maintain agency databases and electronic record systems to ensure information remains current and accessible.
• Assist with the development, updating, and distribution of forms, templates, checklists, and administrative documents used throughout Adult Services programs.
• Provide administrative support to multiple program locations and may travel between sites as necessary to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with leadership, program staff, and internal departments to support communication, coordination, and effective program operations.
• Help ensure records, reports, and administrative processes are completed accurately, professionally, and in accordance with agency expectations.
• Contribute to an organized, responsive, and supportive environment that allows program teams to focus on delivering exceptional services to individuals with autism.

The Qualifications We Seek:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of related office or administrative experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience with Microsoft Access or similar database applications preferred.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and recordkeeping abilities.
• Ability to travel between program locations and the Anderson campus as needed.

Pay Range: $21.24 - $25.67 Hourly; based on experience and qualifications. Part-Time; Monday - Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm
