Quality Technician
Twin City Staffing is seeking a quality technician to join a precision-focused team in Mendota Heights! This role is vital in maintaining ISO 9001 and Nadcap standards while ensuring top-tier documentation and client communication. If you have a strong background in quality management systems and experience with precision measuring tools, apply today! Location: Mendota Heights, MN Wage: $24.00/hr. Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Duties of the quality technician:
- Lead internal audits and assist with external audit activities
- Support ISO 9001 and Nadcap-compliant quality systems
- Create and maintain procedures, work instructions, and manuals
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with clients
- Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support supplier quality qualification and performance tracking
- Train cross-functional teams on quality requirements
- Ensure adherence to industry and customer-specific standards
Requirements of the quality technician:
- 2+ years of Quality Management System (QMS) experience
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or Nadcap standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proficiency in blueprint and specification comprehension
- Skilled in interpreting and operating precision measuring tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communicator and process influencer
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
